MTailor - Custom Clothing App Reviews

I have to say that this app is awful in every aspect. This business more than likely will not go further than it has now. Not to mention that I noticed that the person associated it was on shark tank once I downloaded the app and I have to say for an arrogant lil you know what, he shouldve taken the offer he was given if he wanted to survive. But he signed his own death certificate for this app and service. Oh well

This app is as awful as your shark tank decision. My gf tried it and its sooo bad. My shirt is horrible

You guys are irresponsible. Look at nearly ANY of the sample pictures of pants... They are ALL too short and they fully expose the entire shoe and sock. There is zero break. That and 7 weeks lead time makes your company a losing proposition. I also completely disagree about the comment to rate the product not the owner. The owner IS the product and the company. Any bad representation by him in public (*cough*Sharktank*cough*) shows poorly on the company itself. My two cents for whatever its worth.

Horrible reviews and would not want to support this business owner for his arrogance and greed. 7 weeks to receive a shirt? Was in the process of watching this on shark tank and paused it to come download this app and give it a shot... But after reading the reviews and how much the company has gone downhill, I will not be doing so and will be deleting after posting this comment.

I saw him on shark tank, and he was being so arrogant and rude. And yet the sharks still offered him good offers and he didnt accept none of them. How stupid.

Great app and the shirts are awesome.

Didnt take the right measurement, had to wait 7 weeks for a shirt! Dont download this... Waste of time

Honestly, this is one of the best-designed apps Ive ever used. Just placed an order last night (cant wait to get the shirt) - UPDATE: just received it and place an order for another one within 2 minutes of seeing myself in the mirror! The shirt is amazing quality, fits almost freakishly well. Its going to be tough for me to go back to off-the-rack clothing.) Back to original review of the app: I was blown away with how smooth the measurement and ordering process was. The measurement process (while, admittedly, a tad bit awkward spinning in front of my camera) was actually really cool at the same time. The way the video and audio instructions integrate with the camera, the way it senses whether or not youre in frame, etc. is all really slick. I rarely write app reviews but the developers of this app deserve kudos for a job well done. If my shirt comes in as perfect as I believe it will, this is going to be a dangerous app for my wallet. How cool is it that I can easily order any shirt I want in less than a minute, and have it perfectly tailored to me? I just ordered a custom suit from Indochino and having someone take my measurements was annoying. To make matters worse, the suit didnt fit very well, so I have to do it all over again. I think Mtailor is on to something here. Keep up the good work, guys!

I got 6 shirts from them now. All shirts fit great. Since I found Mtailor, why go to the malls to get over price shirts that doesnt fit. Their shirts is relatively cheaper than going to the traditional tailor. Good material and well made. Great customer service. Their rep get back to you very quickly (shout out to Haynes). It took them 4 tries to get my shirt exactly the way I like it, and they did not charge me a penny more. After that, all shirts come prefect. Yes, the service slowed down, and they stop using the nice boxes, but I believe it has to do with the supply chain issue. @Miles, the nice boxes make it a little more special when we get the shirts, please bring it back. Dont worry about shark tank; I believe you are better off without it. Hope you get the supply chain issue resolved quickly.

Just received my first Mtailor shirt and Im impressed: beautiful fabric, impeccable stitching, and as advertised, the best fitting shirt I own. Guys, it makes a huge difference in your appearance when you wear clothes that fit correctly. This wont be my first purchase. As for the lead time, for me the quality was well worth the wait. I agree with other reviewers that the pant lengths shown on the models seems a bit short for my liking. Im simply going to reach out to MTailor customer support before ordering pants to see if this can be adjusted in advance -- they offer to fix anything youre not satisfied with, so I have to believe theyd rather do it correctly from the start.

Tried the app and did not like. Better off buying your size for usual 25 and professionally tailoring for 25 and saving 20 bucks. Owner seems snobby and should have taken Mr. Wonderfulls loan

Excellent idea! About 7 weeks to delivery? No thank you. Why cant I see my measurements? I love the idea the owner of this business has, but hes in the business of strictly making money—not making clothes. For that reason, Im out.

Solid idea. 3 of the 4 shirts Ive ordered have fit extremely well, and thats not something Incan get off the shelf, typically. However, once I learned these were created offshore (delay on my order was attributed to customs) and once the lead time doubled from about 23 days to 7 weeks, I was forced to look for alternatives. Dont go on TV for advertising if you arent ready to scale.

Love the idea. I wanted to suggest that this technology be used for ladies too since it already hard for girls to find professional button downs and even harder to fine one that fits comfortably. I think this app can help fit the awkward opening that happens between the "girls" that constantly has to be fixed with fashion tape or a clothes pin.

Ive seen the app get progressively better with each version. The shirts are perfect. Its such a convenient, dependable and affordable way to keep nice shirts on hand. Having to wear business or business casual dress every day of the week just flat wears out my clothes and mtailor is such a better/more elegant solution than continuing to buy ill-fitting shirts off the rack and having some of them tailored. Now all my shirts fit the same and fit perfect. My average cost per shirt is still the same, theyre just all tailored fit now.

Third tailored shirt, second tailor shirt brand. Decided to give it a go as I had $20 off my first order. Amazed at how it measured my body. Great fit, less slim from my forearm to wrist than my other shirt. Fabric is thinner than expected, but appears to be durable. Likely to buy another shirt though! I ordered a pair of pants and a shirt from MTailor. The pants took six weeks to get here and when they got here they did not fit. Its been now eight weeks and the shirt that I ordered still has not arrived. I got a refund for the pants then Im still waiting to see if the shirt will fit or not. As soon as I get the shirt Im going to delete the app from my phone!

The shirts and suits were excellent when they arrived!

I own a closet full of MTailor stuff now and never wear anything else.
